When you request a demo we collect name, work email, company, optional phone number, role, company size, area of interest, and any message you choose to send. Server logs may include IP address and basic browser data for security.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a demonstration, and follow up on product conversations. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and sharing
Demo requests are emailed to the ElarisQ team and may be stored in our internal mailbox or CRM. Service providers that host this website (including Hostinger) process data as infrastructure providers.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the sales conversation and for a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business records.
